All prices are given in euro € and are shown inclusive of IT/EU sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 22% but exclusive of delivery costs.
You have to pay at the time of the order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.
We accept payment via credit card (Mastercard, Visa), and Paypal. You don’t have to be a member of Paypal to shop with us.
When we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase.
This will contain a reference number of the item/s and its cost. We also send you your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch Italy orders within 1 to 2 days; orders from other European countries take a bit longer, please allow us from 2 to 3 days.
All the orders are sent using courier express service. This shipping method has a complete tracking system.
Shipping is charged as an additional cost: this will appear on your order.
You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.
Shipping costs are as follows
- Italy: Euro 10,-
- Other European countries: Euro 20,-
- Other non-European Countries: Euro 40,-
If you are not happy with what you have received, please get in touch with us firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have two options: choose from a refund or an exchange.
Send us an email at email@example.com, please include your order number, item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
We will heartily accept returns of items that you don’t like and swap them for another one.
Returns must be sent back to us within 10 days (Italy), 15 days (Europe) and 21 days (non- European Countries).
You can swap an item if it is unused or unopened, in its original cellophane sealing:
returns of faulty items will not be accepted, so we will not replace items that have clearly been damaged or opened.
If you’re exchanging an item for another one, we are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping,
BUT the new item will be shipped back to you for free, of course!
Free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange; any future swaps on the same original purchase will be solely the customers responsibility in full, you pay all forms of additional shipping. Sorry, but that seems fair!
